Group training is a great way to learn the skills of basketball in an environment where there are other beginners. In these sessions we will work on ball handling, shooting, passing and defence. Sessions run one hour long and incorporate individual skill work as well as team play. We emphasize hard work and celebrate each step of the learning process.
